The fabric will create the soothing, breathable environment that your skin needs to heal. 

These sleeves can help to keep the arms moist and legs protected, which can help to reduce itching and inflammation. They can also help to prevent the arms from getting irritated while you sleep. 

To achieve the best results wearing these sleeves overnight after applying a lotion or medication, to give the skin the time it needs to absorb all of the nutrients from the lotion.
